John E Wright & Co Ltd turns 125!

John E Wright & Co Ltd is 125 years young and pretty much all the staff celebrated with some ex-staff and VIP guests over at Colwick Hall in Nottingham.
It was especially pleasing to have almost all the staff from Norwich, Hull & Oxford who had driven some distance and given up most of their weekend to meet us all in Nottingham; they were put up in the rather grandiose rooms upstairs.
It was a truly beautiful setting at Colwick Hall and we were blessed with fine weather. Entertainment included Max Francis an amazing local magician and a magic casino where you could only win and not lose. Dinner and some fine wines were enjoyed in equal measure and a good time was had by all.
Tony Barnett, MD at John E Wright said “Whilst there has been extraordinary change in technology over the past 125 years, I do believe that my great grandfather would recognise the printing, copying and scanning that we still do for Architects, Engineers and the Construction industry and marvel at the new work we do for the design community in general towards Signage, Exhibition & Print solutions. He would recognise some of the Companies we still serve and we all appreciate the support we have had from our customers over the years and hopefully for many years to come.”
