For our part, the Senior Management Team have looked at the situation and are working with our staff to offer the best continuity that we can for our customers.
As we are a multi-site operation, we can move work to the location where it best produced and offer return delivery to you, so we don’t anticipate any down time during this period

This page has a utility to allow you to send files easily to your local offices.
Emailing large files is not always practical and can mean that we don’t receive them in a timely manner. With We Transfer you receive an automated notification confirming the upload was successful and also when your file is downloaded by us. Always include and double check your contact information and ensure to send as much information as possible about your requirement.
Students currently off campus and receiving online learning can also use this service to ensure they have printed materials ready when campus’s open again.

Confirming & paying for work
Once we have your files we will confirm all related costs including delivery, lead time & VAT. If we have any queries about you artwork these can be discussed over the phone or over email.
Once we are agreed on the work, we can send you an invoice which can be paid online (or over the phone if you prefer) prior to putting the work into production.
Once your work is complete, we have various methods of getting the work to you.
All of our branches have their own delivery vans, which offer low cost local same day and next day delivery. Deliveries within 3 miles of our offices are £3.00 + VAT, £6.00 for local out of town. We can also collect work from you for copying or scanning at the same rates if required.
We use DPD for standard next day services to any UK address. These are charged at £10.00 + VAT and they will provide text or email notifications to allow you to track and if necessary reschedule deliveries. Bulky items are sent by TNT and generally £15.00 + VAT but this often subject to weight & size.
All third party deliveries can be upgraded to timed services if needed, costs for this available on inquiry.
