If you wish to visit our retail shop to view our complete range of products, the Huntingdon Street branch is open from Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm. These are also the times in which any orders will be processed.

All prices on this website are VAT inclusive unless otherwise stated. Delivery charges are added if indicated as your preferred option. See the 'Shipping and Handling' section below for a full list of delivery charges. Prices for on-line canvas print ordering include delivery charges unless otherwise stated.
Using this website
Order instructions are found at the top of the main order form page. The developments of ecommerce functions on this site are currently on-going. If you have any questions about the use of this site please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will endeavour to respond to your inquiry by the next working day.

Making a Purchase using the Student Ordering system or the Consumables Shop.
To make a purchase, select the items you require by activating the button next to product line.
After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a the details that we need to be able to complete the order.
You may confirm your order on-line and opt to collect your goods in store at our Nottingham Huntingdon Street Office, Derby Office or the Leicester Marble Street Office (Student Order system only). We are more than happy to take credit / debit card details offline - if you would like to pay in this way, please contact us using the details above. When paying in store or by phone we will accept most major credit & debit cards. We regret that we cannot accept payment by American Express.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Please also note that if your order is sent from outside the UK, or you hold a card with a bank that uses a currency other than GBP, the final amount you pay may be different to the prices listed on this website, as your bank will decide upon the conversion rate from your currency into GBP.
Canvas Printing System
Orders placed for printed and stretched canvases are for direct delivery only. Follow the on screen instructions with care. The final screen will show the details you have entered. In most cases the printing will commence on submission of the order. Therefore we cannot accept changes to the order after it has been submitted. If we feel that the file you have sent is unsuitable for good quality output we will contact you by email and sugest that you resubmit a more suitable version. If your requirement falls outside of the facilities built into the system, please use the ‘Send Us Your File’ system to process the order off-line. We can accommodate bespoke and trade orders as required. Please contact us on 03332 401 711 to discuss your requirement.
Shipping and Handling
Delivery is charged per order. Delivery charges are not included in the price of an item, instead they are added as your preferred option in the product line ‘Please Deliver my order’.
Our charges for delivery to UK addresses are as follows:
Orders placed for printed and stretched canvases show pricing that includes VAT and delivery. These prices are subject to change at our discretion. If you wish to place an order for a canvas print to collect from your local office, please use the ‘Send Us Your File’ system which will allow you to pay on collection.
The ‘Student Promotion’ is only available for delivery to your campus during particular promotion periods. Delivery is made by our own vehicles at an agreed date when orders for your course have been collated together. We will make an arrangement to deliver to your School or Department Office. In the event that your School office will not accept delivery we will inform you that your goods are available for collection from your closest local office. Unfortunately we cannot deliver to term time addresses or Halls of Residence. Delivery charges are currently £6.00 + VAT per order (£7.20). We will confirm these charges when we ask you for your payment. This delivery charge will not show in the shopping basket total.
For various reasons, it is not possible to always guarantee that every item listed on the website is in stock. If you order a product that we usually keep stock of, but it is out of stock at the time of order, we will contact you immediately to inform you of this, and give an estimated delivery date. If you require an item by a particular date for any reason, please let us know at the time of order. We are happy to suggest alternative items which are either in stock or more easily available, and you will always be given the option to cancel your order if we are unable to obtain your item(s) in your desired time scale.
Prices shown on the order form are inclusive of VAT at the current UK rate at the time of order.
If you are at all dissatisfied with your purchases; please contact us within 7 days of receiving your items.

Requests for refunds on any bespoke printed item should be made within seven working days of receipt of finished work by emailing us at email@example.com
Whilst every effort is made by us to ensure the best achievable quality, by uploading your artwork you are accepting that it is correct to your requirement. In some instances we may ask for additional confirmation that you are happy to proceed with your order. In some instances we may decline to proceed with your order unless revised artwork is supplied. Refunds on all bespoke work are discretionary.
