Large Format Digital Print
John E Wright has been at the forefront of large format digital print from the very beginning of this exciting print revolution.
We have a long standing relationship with Hewlett Packard and our group fleet of over 30 large format CAD & Graphic printing devices is second to none. All of our branch offices operate the latest equipment capable of delivering outstanding print quality on a variety of substrates.
We can print onto almost any material whether it is on a roll or a flat sheet.
With paper, self adhesive vinyl , PVC banner, PVC mesh, Dibond, Perspex, flag, Foamex, Corex, aluminium, glass & wallpaper in general use the possibilities are endless. Even doors and ceiling tiles can all be printed full colour and in superb quality.
Poster printing is now second nature and we deliver daily on any quantity for one to fifty full colour posters, for advertising, marketing and educational purposes.
Sizes range from A2 through to A0 and above, and in many cases can be produced same day. Machine sizes allow us to print up to 1.5M in width on roll materials up to 30M in length.
Whatever your requirement we are able to help and advise. We have a huge amount of experience and work not only directly with end users through our branch network but also have strong B2B links with SME’s, designers, marketers and large corporate clients and public organisations.
Direct Print Solutions
One of our biggest areas of growth has come about since the introduction of direct to substrate printing machinery around 6 years ago and we were proud to be one of the first company's in the UK to offer these printing solutions.
Learning from our experiences over the years and with the introduction of a second and then third machine, we have become one of the leading specialists in the retail and point of display fields. Our direct print technology provides the highest quality finish at an economic cost and offers a long lasting and extremely durable finish which is scratchproof, waterproof and UV resistant, making it ideal for internal and external applications. The lack of solvent inks means this is an incredible eco-friendly option too.
We have introduced a wide range of media over the years, to include the usual point of sale requirements (plastics, PVC, acrylic, Corex, Dibond, wallpaper, MDF, display and 100% recyclable SMART boards) and are always on the lookout for new and exciting projects to expand our fast growing range.
We have even produced a large volume of printed internal doors which due to the durability of the print offers a surface which can be easily cleaned and maintained. End users can access this possibility to produce unique one off products for both domestic and business usage.
We are only limited by the requests and inquiries that come to us from our many clients. It might sound like a crazy idea to some but to us it’s a challenge to find the right solution!

Flat Bed Printing
Our 3 flatbed UV printers can print direct to almost any substrate 2.5m wide by any length (roll media) and up to 50mm thick.
This incredible technology is ideal for large quantity runs or where you require a cost effective print solution.
UV Cure printing offers a scratch resistant finish ideally suited to outdoor products, vinyl banners, signage solutions, Foamex graphics or POS/POP display units.
HP Latex Inkjet & Solvent Printing
Whilst some applications still require solvent print solutions the NEW latex inks provide an eco friendly solution to any project. The HP Designjet L25500 is a huge step forward in digital print technology.
John E Wright have been one of the first print companies to commission this new technology in a drive to provide more environmentally friendly print services without compromising speed, quality, durability and cost effectiveness.
These water based inks can be used indoor or outdoor and are odourless, non-flammable and recyclable.
Used in conjunction with new display products such as Smart Board, we can offer the best eco-friendly solution available.
For outdoor events we offer direct print to vinyl banner material that provides striking weather proof, photographic quality, full colour banners, hemmed & eyeleted and suitable for a wide range of events and environments.

Finishing Capabilities

We have ZUND Digital CAD cutters that will cut, rout and knife almost any substrate to create stunning graphic displays. We can profile cut free standing figures and use card board engineering to make dump bins, POS & POP units. We can provide guidance and advice to assist your creative and design processes so that you can aim for unique and outstanding project solutions.
